Within The Next 24 Working Days Delivery Throughout Malaysia

Delivery is within the next 24 working days. Delivery is available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday and weekends) after payment received on daily before 5p.m. Otherwise, delivery will be made by the next working day.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation is allowed for all products.

Re-delivery Of The Purchased Goods

There are only selected goods can be re-delivered. All goods unclaimed after 7 days from our email notification to the member will be deemed as forfeited unless otherwise member pay for the subsequent delivery charges by credit card payment. It is the Member's responsibility to contact i-Express if the goods has not been received after 21 days from the date of the Member’s purchased.
