i-Express Fidelity Membership is a virtual multi-rewards loyalty program. i-Express members will be able to collect Fidelity Value upon their purchases via our i-Mall, online retail store at http://www.vttv.tv.
- Do I have to pay for the membership?
No. i-Express membership is FREE. There is neither annual fee, management fee, administration fee nor maintenance fee.
- Will I receive physical membership card?
No. It is a virtual membership.
- How to apply and register for i-Express Fidelity Membership?
You are required to fill up the application form from our sales agent or you may visit our website and proceed with online registration. Register now!
- Is there any age requirement in order to register as a member?
As long as you are 18 years old and above, you are eligible to register as our member.
- What do I enjoy once I have registered as a member?
You may earn Fidelity Value upon every purchase that you made from our i-Mall. Also, you will enjoy the special pricing on all the products and services at our i-Mall.
- How do I earn the FV from the i-Express Fidelity Membership?
You may earn the FV by purchasing products and services from our i-Mall.

- What is i-Express Fidelity Value (FV)?
Fidelity Value is points earned when you purchase goods and services from our i-Mall.
- How do I calculate my FV?
Your FV earned-to-date will be rewarded based on your spending pattern and in accordance to rules and regulations through our i-Mall.
MYR 1 = 1 FV
Example: You have spend MYR 150 for an online purchase, therefore your FV is equivalent to 150.
- How do I check FV earned-to-date?
You may view the FV earned-to-date from our website http://www.vttv.tv.
- Can I transfer the ownership of my FV?
No. We do not allowed.
- Can I exchange my FV with cash?
The FV does not carry monetary value.

- How to redeem my FV earned?
You may redeem your FV via online. Click Redeem now!
Step 1: Enter your Name & Identity number
Step 2: Points wanted to redeem
Step 3: Select gift / trip that you wanted to redeem
Step 4: Click “submit request?
An email notification will be sent to members?registered email on the gift or holidays package redeemed.
- What are the gifts/holiday packages available for redemption?

- How soon will I be receiving my gift / holiday package voucher redeemed?
You will be receiving your gift / holiday package voucher redeemed within the next 14 working days from the approval date.
- Do I have to pay for the gift redemption delivery service?
All the delivery charges within Malaysia will be borne by us. However, additional FV is required for overseas delivery.
- Can I cancel my gift / trip redeemed?
No. You are not allowed to cancel your request once it has been successfully processed. Please check your redemption request before submit it.
- Is there any qualifying period for the FV earned?
No. The points earned will be carrying forward to the next calendar year. There is no expiration period for the FV.
- How long will my FV earned remain in my i-Express membership account?
The FV will remain in your i-Express membership account as long as you stay with us as our member.
- Do you have Monetary Gift Redemption?
No. Not at this moment.
